    The Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce, located in downtown Portales, New Mexico is actively involved in partnership with its members, promoting the growth and well-being of the community. Among those partnerships are Eastern New Mexico University and Cannon Air Force Base’s 27th Special Operations Wing. Among the attractions in the area are Blackwater Draw Museum, Blackwater Site National Historic Landmark,
    the Dalley Windmill Museum and Oasis State Park.

    Every Day is Beautiful in Green Valley

    With a wide variety of events and opportunities, Green Valley has something to offer everyone. Celebrate the fun of the Minnesota State Fair with us each summer. Enjoy a scenic stroll through our many parks or play a round of golf at one of our three courses. Have your picture taken with the World’s Largest Owl and marvel at all the beautiful outdoor murals throughout the town.

  • Business of the Month Business of the Month

    Farmer’s Country Market was named Business of the Month for February by the Chamber. Store manager Martin Delgado and staff received the award from Ambassadors, board and staff. Besides transforming the store inside and out over the last two years, the business has become an integral part of the community helping with numerous charitable efforts from the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle program to helping Ambassadors improve Christmas for two local families.

  • Volunteers of the Month Volunteers of the Month

    Mark and McCray Clark were named Volunteers of the Month for February by the Chamber. The award was presented by Ambassadors, board and staff recently. The father and son duo help with numerous organizations to make Roosevelt County a better place. They both volunteer time for Relay For Life of Roosevelt County and were instrumental in putting togethe r an entry in the Christmas parade that won the non-profit category this year. They also helped with the Ambassador Angel Tree effort at Christmas donating items and McCray dressed up as Santa Claus to make the family deliveries. They also volunteer time to Dora BPA.
