Business of the Month
The Courthouse Cafe was named Business of the Month for March by the Chamber. Since opening in 2018, owner/operator Mary Newell has grown the menu and the business at a steady pace, providing an inviting atmosphere for lunch, breakfast or coffee and a pastry. The business is located in a historic downtown building located at 109 S. Main that was once home to JC Penny. Restoring the building was a labor of love for Newell and business partner Julie Rooney who operates The Happy Place in the same building.
