PORTALES, NM—The Roosevelt County Community Development Corporation (RCCDC) is pleased to announce the completion on the redevelopment of a local downtown landmark property. The new Tower Loft Apartments located at 101 N. Ave. A, also known to the community as the Tower Twin Theater property will have an open house for the public on Thursday August 11, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The owners, Property Management LLC have created a mixed use that includes modern downtown housing and an area for retail in the front portion of the property. The majority of the property has become four modern, spacious, loft style apartment homes with amenities that include the latest in flooring and appliances, private garages and carports. The property also includes an outdoor BBQ and picnic shaded area for tenants. Quality and style, energy efficiency, sound proofing, and security were a high priority when designing and constructing these modern loft apartment homes.
