Fireworks update

The Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce is still accepting donations for the Portales July Fourth Celebration, according to Executive Director Karl Terry.

Live music, a fireworks display, and food vendors will be showcased for the celebration, which will take place on July 4 at the Eastern New Mexico University soccer field and practice football field. This event is funded entirely by local businesses and individual contributions.
