     Safe trick-or-treat event with Portales' downtown businesses. Children are invited to trick-or-treat at participating downtown businesses. More than 40 businesses are expected to participate. Stop by the Yam Theater or Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce after Oct. 15 for a map showing the route and participating merchants
