    Altrusa International of Portales announces the 22nd annual Holiday Happening, Saturday, Dec. 2nd from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Campus Union Building. View decorated tables, participate in a silent auction, enjoy a luncheon, holiday fashion show and door prizes.
