    La Casa Family Health Center to offer Telehealth Visits to Patients & Senior Transportation Services
     
    La Casa Family Health Center is encouraging everyone to stay home and stay safe. Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, La Casa has developed and implemented Telehealth visits for patients to continue to provide care for the community. The telehealth visit will allow you to call and set an appointment time for your provider to call you and discuss any medical concerns over the phone.
     
    It is very important that everyone calls before entering the clinic and if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 to call the New Mexico Coronavirus Hotline: 1-855-600-3453.
     
    We encourage everyone to utilize this temporary method of providing care by calling our clinic to schedule an appointment. Please note that any prescriptions or labs will be sent electronically to the pharmacy or lab of your choice.
     
    La Casa Senior Centers in Portales and Clovis will continue to provide senior center transportation for shopping and essential medical appointments. Please call our Senior Center to schedule a pick-up.
