City of Portales closes facilities
The City Manager has determined that closing all City buildings to the public is in the best interest of the citizen and employees following the Governor’s last order on March 24, 2020 until further notice. Payments will be accepted by regular mail, online, by phone at 1-833-257-8345 and in the drop boxes at the front of City Hall and in the back parking lot.
Staff will be available in the offices to answer phone calls at (575) 356-6662 with department options as follows:
