Volunteer of the Month
Chris Wood, owner of the local Frost Mortgage agency, was selected as Volunteer of the Month for December by the Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce.
Wood is a past president of both the Chamber and Portales Rotary but has remained very active in both organizations this past year. He is also a member of the Portales Military Affairs Committee where he has helped with numerous events in direct support of local military members and their families. Chamber staff and Ambassadors presented the award.
