Women’s Building Relocating to Merchant’s Building

Portales, NM —The 16th Annual Agricultural Expo, sponsored by the Farmer’s Paxton Insurance Agency and Plateau, offers something for everyone, from the Antique Tractor Parade to dairy seminars.

Due to space constrictions, this year’s vendors from the Women’s Building will be located in the Merchant’s Building. They will offer a variety of items, including woodwork, jewelry, clothing, crafts, quilts, and more on display and to sell. A returning favorite is Prairie Silver and will showcase a variety of popular silver jewelry. Another vendor will be Creighton’s Town and Country who will have clothing as well as other fashionable items.

Admission into the Expo is free and spectators can register to win a 16’ stock trailer. More than 170 booths with 400 exhibitors are expected to attend this year’s show, offering the latest advancements and products made throughout the agricultural industry. Attendance for last year’s event totaled around 4,000.
